Just send a descriptive e-mail to info@baeblemusic.com and we'll get the video to you ASAP. The more information we have, the quicker we can solve the problem – so be sure to include the time of your purchase, the name of the video you bought, your location, and any other pertinent info.
I think I was charged twice for my purchase. Will you refund my money?

When I click the "Subscribe to RSS" link, either: (a) nothing happens, or (b) I'm brought to a page with jumbled text.
You just need a program to view the XML files, and you can find one at www.blogLines.com. Also, the latest internet browsers like Internet Explorer 7 and Opera 9 will read XML.

I want to purchase a download. What format does it come in?
All of our downloads come in .WMV format. At this time we do not provide MAC compatible formats. However, there is freeware you can use to view wmvs on a MAC. You can find Flip4mac here.
